Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Chat Me Up.

Acceptable use

• Be respectful in voice notes, calls, and video calls with other members.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not use the app for harassment, spam, or unlawful activity.

Account and content

You retain ownership of the photos and voice notes you share, but grant Chat Me Up a limited license to display them within the app to facilitate matching.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk.
